The On-Paper Festival is a brand new festival which celebrates paper. Centred in Haslingden and Rawtenstall events in venues range from Apna in Haslingden to the Whitaker Rawentstall.
Highlights from the festival will include, an installation by Russian paper-cut artist, Maryam Golubeva. Inspired by the Silk Road, the piece will be at Manchester Road Methodist Church in Haslingden from Saturday 12th August until Saturday 19th.
The festival also includes workshops in lantern-making, calligraphy, Mother and toddler, and mindfulness sessions, and lots more these will take place at both Haslingden and Rawtenstall libraries through out the festival.
The Festival will end with a colourful Eid Bazaar at Haslingden Market on Sunday 27th August.
