If you have any symptoms of COVID-19, have been diagnosed with the virus or have been in direct contact with a diagnosed individual in the past 14 days, you must not attend the event – you can see our ticketing policy below.
All staff & volunteers on duty will have carried out a lateral flow test on the day of working. We encourage all visitors to carry out a lateral flow test prior to visiting the venue.
Doors to the venue open half an hour before every performance starts. Please arrive in good time for any performance. We are currently not offering our family craft activity before performances, however you can come down early to grab your seats and enjoy drinks and snacks from our cafe / bar!
If you are moving around in the venue, we will still request that you wear a mask (unless you are exempt)
Many of our performances will remain outdoors, and as before, there is no requirement to wear a mask outside. There is no requirement to wear a mask whilst sat down during a performance indoors, but you can continue to wear it if you wish.
Our staff will be wearing masks at all times.
Whilst we are increasing our capacity for events, we are not returning to full capacity performances.
When you book tickets for an indoor performance, you will choose your own seats, and no one will sit directly next to your party on the same row.
Touch points during all events will be cleaned regularly by our front of house staff. The building will be deep cleaned between each event. There are hand sanitiser stations available throughout the building
If you are unable to attend due to illness or self-isolating, please email email@example.com and a ticket transfer can be arranged. If a suitable transfer cannot be arrange we will issue a refund.
