The Dancing Elephant

Ri Ri’s Dance Academy and Big Imaginations is bringing their new show The Dancing Elephant.
Experience a stunning blend of both real and virtual environments, as we join Mahi who’s transported into a video game, by magical Moon, Chand. Mahi lands at the Elephant Festival of Jaipur and meets her companion & guide, The Dancing Elephant.
Together they must unlock three levels of Chand’s mystical video game for Mahi to return home. Will they achieve this or will Mahi be locked in the game forever?
The storytelling is enhanced with sand art animation to represent mother earth, the Elephant Festival of Jaipur and back projection for the Holi festival.

FAMILY FILM : The Iron Giant (U)

The Iron Giant is a 1999 American animated science fiction film produced by Warner Bros.
Feature Animation and directed by Brad Bird in his directorial debut. It is based on the 1968 novel The Iron Man by Ted Hughes.
A boy befriends an innocent alien, who resembles a gigantic robot. A paranoid governmental agent, however, desires to obliterate the alien.
In the small town of Rockwell, Maine in October 1957, a giant metal machine befriends a nine-year-old boy and ultimately finds its humanity by unselfishly saving people from their own fears and prejudices.
This film launched the career of Brad Bird, the director of this film, would later make even more great animated films like Ratatouille, The Incredibles, and Incredibles 2.

Cardboard Cosmos

A mysterious cardboard craft has crash landed right here in the local area! As local people arrive to a sight of a cardboard wreckage from outer space, everyone is wondering who could possibly have been flying it.

Come along to this live, interactive performance and welcome two mysterious visitors from a hidden corner of the galaxy. Can you help them find their way around the local area, mend their broken spaceship and finally find a place to call home?

Expect cardboard creativity, crafting, a sustainable message and a little musical mayhem in the innovative new performance from the Stute Theatre team. With gentle opportunities to get involved and interact, this live show is perfect for families and children aged 4 and up.
