Events at The Boo are priced as “Pay What You Can”.
This means that you can donate any amount for your ticket, or you can attend the event for free.
We put recommended ticket prices against our ticketed events.  You can choose to donate during the online booking process or we have donation buckets around the building when you attend any event, and you can choose to donate after watching a performance if you wish.
All your ticket donations help us to keep all of our events accessible and affordable to everyone.

Join The Boo for our FIRST Halloween Pumpkin Trail to take place at Edgeside Park in Waterfoot!
On November 1st, the day AFTER Halloween, bring your Halloween Pumpkin down to Edgeside Park in Waterfoot and add it to the trail.
The trail starts from 5pm, so come down early to add your pumpkin along the edge of the path around the park.
There is no competition… but will your pumpkin grab everyone’s attention? What theme will you be going for this year? Witches, cats… your favourite film or tv show… come down to see how everyone’s been decorating their pumpkins this year!
Along the pumpkin trail, award winning Storyteller, Ursula Holden Gill, will be holding spooky story telling performances every half hour – no booking required.
Hot drinks be available to purchase.
This event is free to attend – there will be stewards at the end of the parade with donation buckets.
Please DO NOT bring real candles to the park. Please light your pumpkin with battery-powered lights or there will be plenty of battery powered tea lights available at the entrances to Edgeside Park.
At the end of the evening, pumpkin trail-goers are asked to place their pumpkins in the provided bins at 8pm or take them home. All pumpkins left after the parade and put in the pumpkin bins will be composted.
If you can walk to Edgeside Park – please do.
There is some street parking around the park, but this is a housing area – please be courteous to the park’s neighbours and do not park in front of driveways or block entrances etc.

Suitable for ages 3+ and their families.

Please note, this event will take place OUTDOORS.  Please wear suitable warm clothing.

Christmas Wreath Making with Potted!

Join us for an evening of wreath making!

Wreaths made at The Boo will include mixed festive greens and some traditional natural decorations, such as dried oranges.  A straw based ring and twine will minimise the use of wire (just for fruit.)

Potted’s wreaths consider the impact on the environment and minimise non biodegradable items.  We don’t use plastic decorations, instead opting for fragrant and attractive natural ones.

Welcome drink included and nibbles included in the price.

Book your place HERE | For further information about this workshop, please contact Potted directly.

The bar is still open as usual to those not participating in the wreath making workshop – wide selection of gins, draft beer & non-alcoholic drinks available.
