EVENTS

(i) Public shows
Starting in September 2007 we will begin a monthly programme of great shows and events at our refurbished centre - THE BOO - a creative focus for local and community arts development.

(ii) Valley of Stone
Horse + Bamboo is a partner within the Valley of Stone project which is led by Groundwork Rossendale with funding from the Heritage Lottery Fund, and focused on the Rossendale Valley and its heritage of quarrying and mining. The Valley of Stone Arts Programme commences this year.

(iii) The Puppet Festival
The Rossendale Puppet Festival has grown from the annual 'Rossfest' started by Horse + Bamboo in 1989. Audiences have grown over the years and we are committed to keeping this a key part of the calendar in the future.
