This month’s session will look at hot (warm) and cold and we will be exploring these opposite sensations. There will also be songs and stories and we will catch up with Pom and her adventures.
Sessions will last for 45 minutes but there will be an opportunity to chat with the other attendees after the session – just like a real Baby Boo session!
For this months session you will need:
- some ice cubes or a pack of frozen peas wrapped in a tea towel
- hot water bottle filled with warm water (not boiling!)
- woolly hat or blanket
- some cushions
- If you do not have any ice or peas or a hot water bottle you can fill two plastic bottles, one with cold water and one with warm (not boiling!)
Please make sure that you provide an up to date email address when booking so that we can email you the Zoom link in order to access the session.
