INCLUSIVE PERFORMING ARTS GROUP – FOR YOUNG PEOPLE & ADULTS WITH DISABILITIES
A brand new adult disability performing arts group allowing participants to explore, develop and share creativity through acting, dancing, singing/music and making.
Participants will work in a supportive, safe, relaxed and inspiring environment to help develop their creativity, theatre skills, confidence, social interaction and sense of belonging. The creative process will meet the developing interests of the group and allow them to create work that reflects their lives and interests, all in a professional theatre space.
The Boo Theatre is a wheelchair accessible venue. Entrance, theatre & toilets are all ground floor.
There is free street parking to the front & back of the venue.

More about our teacher, Vicki Mann
Vicki studied Performing Arts at Middlesex university with a specialism in community and accessible arts. She taught at Loughborough College on their New Pathways Performing Arts course for young people and adults with disability. She has also run two disability theatre groups at The Dukes in Lancashire and volunteered with CottonShed Theatre, an inclusive theatre company, in Rossendale. Her passion is facilitating others to explore and develop their creativity!
