Waterfoot Wakes FAQ

WHERE IS THE FESTIVAL?

This year, Waterfoot Wakes will have events at The Boo and The Old Library Cafe. We also have one event at both Analogue Farm in Whitworth and Edgeside Park in Waterfoot.

For full information about all of the venues, including car parking and access information, please head to:

WHAT DOES ‘PAY WHAT YOU CAN’ MEAN?

Pay What You Can means that all families, regardless of finances, can access cultural events here at The Boo and everyone will always get the same experience.

We do put suggested donations on some of the events, but there will never be any expectation that someone should pay to be at or to participate in anything at Waterfoot Wakes festival.

WHAT ARE THE DATES + TIMES?

There are events and workshops happening every weekend in August. You can see the full programme on festival programme page or pick up a copy from The Boo

DO I NEED TO BOOK?

You do not need to book for Waterfoot Wakes, however there are some events that have limited capacity where we have advised pre-booking.

Even on these limited capacity events we will still keep some tickets for walk ups on the day*, so you can come down to any event or message us on social media on the day to check availability.
